20 years ago this month i was going to Egypt but Islamic militants killed 6o tourists so my trip was cancelled by the company i booked with.
I went a month later and it was great, hardly any tourists.
Was that the Hatsheput Temple shooting Defjam ? Sounds like I would have been the pale bloke next to you on the sunlounger the month later....

I went to Egypt a couple of months after they shot down that plane . Resorts were almost empty , shops were closed and a sense of desperation .
Cheap tho.
